Richard Robson is delighted to announce that he has successfully completed the Mediator Skills Training programme of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. This was a lot of hard work by Richard and investment of resources by Project Pilots but this substantial achievement brings an extra skill to his role as an expert in Project Planning.
